Компания готова купить финансовый инструмент БГ, Драфт чеки на 1 год и 1 месяц , европейских топ 25 банков, с возвратом свободной от любого сбора 10 (десяти) банковских дней до окончания срока действия БГ. Номинал от 150 миллионов евро и выше до 500 миллионов евро. Мы готовы рассмотреть и обсудить вашу процедуру.

Приблизительная процентная ставка за выпущенный инструмент составляет до 30%. Управление, покупка до 60%-65%. После верификации свифта 760 по БГ, 110 свифт по драфт чекам, произведём оплату в течении от 7 до 15 банковских дней. Оплату гарантируем согласно процедуре контракта. Окончательные проценты за управление и покупку будут согласованы на конкретно выпускающий инструмент, т. к. это зависит от рейтинга банка:

Предварительная процедура сделки:
1. Seller and Buyer execute, sign and initial this of Agreement which thereby becomes a full commercial recourse contract. After both parties sign the Agreement, the parties will lodge the Agreement with their respective Banks
2. After signing the agreement and simultaneously or latest within 2 banking days with the return of the countersigned agreement by the Seller, will send RWA letter (Ready Willing & Able) the Fresh Cut BG.
3. Within 2 Banking Days of the Receipt of the to in bank monetize & PP FACILITATOR RWA, monetize & PP FACILITATOR bank, sends RWA in bank Seller that they are ready to pay for the Fresh Cut BG,(Readiness Willing & Able) via SWIFT MT799
4. Within 2 (two) banking days after the lodging (Ready Willing & Able) the Fresh Cut BG, the Provider shall instruct his bank to send a Swift message MT799 (ANNEX A) to the Receiver's bank to confirm the readiness of the Provider to deliver the BG by Swift message MT760.
5. Within 2 (two) banking days after receipt by Receiver of the Swift MT799 from Provider's Bank, Receiver's Bank will issue a payment guarantee via Swift MT799 (ANNEX B) to the Provider's Bank, confirming that the full payment for the cost of the BG and commissions will be made to the Provider's designated account(s) upon receipt by Receiver of the BG via MT760. The Receiver will send a copy of the Swift to the Provider by email
6. Within 3 (two) banking days after receipt and verification by the Provider of the Swift MT799 sent by the Receiver, the Provider will request his bank to deliver the Swift MT760 (ANNEX C) to the Receiver or his designated beneficiary and provide a courtesy copy to Receiver's email.
7. Within 15(fifteen) banking days after the verification and the authorization of the BG by the Receiver, the Receiver will settle the payment for the BG by MT 103, 30%. Payment is made with bank lender and shall provide a copy to Provider's e-mail.
Hard copy of the BG is sent within 5 banking days via Bank to Bank bonded courier.
